The company is rapidly growing and expanding it’s business model to other geographies. Currently we are looking for Chief Technology Officer / Head of Product Development in Kyiv to lead the technology for expansion strategy to new English-speaking region.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary and transformative leader, who possesses personal and professional integrity, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to collaboration, innovation, flexibility, and creativity.

What you will be doing:

— Managing an insanely talented web development team that strives to Agile practices
— Take ownership of Product Development and User Experience
— Identify technology trends and evolving social and mobile user experience that may support the success of the business
— Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all web-based services
— Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
