HeadHunter has published the twenty best employers in Ukraine

HeadHunter Ukraine has published a fresh rating of employers in Ukraine. The company shared the results on its website.

Top-20 of the best employers in Ukraine

In HeadHunter, they point out that the company did not determine the location when making an analysis, however, they just determined the top twenty companies. The rating was based on a survey of 3,000 respondents, as well as experts. “When making the assessment, the experts took into account the transparency and social responsibility of business, the level of maturity of HR functions in the company, the development of the training system and corporate culture, the employer’s reputation, social guarantees for employees, the employer’s concern for employees, their involvement in business,” the representatives of the company comment.

HeadHunter Ukraine has also compiled lists of the best Ukrainian employers by industries. In IT, they identified:

• Luxoft
• Microsoft Ukraine
• OLX
• Samsung Ukraine
• Ciklum
• Softserve
• Ubisoft Ukraine

According to HeadHunter, applicants in Ukraine primarily pay attention to its stability, corporate culture and social responsibility when choosing a company-employer.
