Israeli IT company Yael Group acquires Ukrainian Acceptic

On March 15, 2019, Ukrainian IT company Acceptic became a part of Yael Group. AIN.UA got to know about the news from representatives of Acceptic. The amount of the deal wasn`t disclosed, but according to the owners of the company at the time of purchase “it was higher than benchmarking values.” AIN.UA estimates that the amount of the deal can range from $1.8 to 2.7 million.

According to Acceptic founder and CEO Dmitriy Kharchenko, the deal will help the company to develop its relations with Israeli clients. Yael Group, in its turn, will get access to the Ukrainian market. “After studying the situation in several Eastern European countries we decided to choose Ukraine as our offshore software development headquarters,” Dror Har, SVP of Yael Group, pointed out, “Yael Group invests in Acceptic and, thus, it will be able to provide technological sector of Israel with highly-qualified Ukrainian developers”.

Acceptic provides outstaffing services company and works with the Israeli market. It has two offices in Kyiv and Kharkiv, which employ about 150 employees. The new name of the company after the deal with Yael Group is Yael Acceptic.

Yael Group is one of the biggest IT companies in Israel. It specializes in software development, management, IT integration (for example, deployment of ERP and CRM systems, integration of financial and cloud solutions, business analytics, digital control, and content management). Yael Group is also active in the field of IT outsourcing. Its clients include Microsoft, Outbrain, Amdocs, Checkpoint, and others.
