Ukrainian studio shoots a trailer to a new Ubisoft game. Shooting took place in the Carpathians and Kyiv
Ukrainian studio Family Production has shot a trailer to a new game Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint, which was released by Ubisoft company on October 4. Anastasia Bukovska, the general producer of the studio, informed AIN.UA about this.
According to Anastasia Bukovska, the shootings took place at several locations in the Carpathian Mountains, Pushcha-Vodytsia, and the National Aviation University. Actress Lucy Cork, who worked as a stuntman in Mission: Impossible and People in Black, starred in the video. To simulate a helicopter flight, the team built a special Gimbal device: it shakes scenery and equipment to capture earthquakes and explosions.
Shooting of this video is very important for us, primarily because of its scale. Such works show that it is possible and necessary to shoot in Ukraine not only to cut a budget.
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint is the eleventh franchise game, a sequel to the game Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands released in 2017. The new game has an open world and can be played alone or as a team of up to four people. Ghost Recon Breakpoint also features multiplayer competition modes.
