What does Skyworker do?

Skyworker started as an offline career consulting agency, but gradually the team decided to build an IT product online. Now it is a SaaS company providing services in the field of HR and marketing, which helps tech companies to form an online pool of potential job candidates.

Skyworker is the first product that helps IT companies automatically build their own IT candidate communities to speed up the recruitment process. For example, if a company’s main stack is Python and React, then on Skyworker, it gets pipelines of relevant candidates in these areas, functionality for automated relationship building with these people, and analytics that recommends the most loyal and suitable candidates at the moment of the vacancy opening.
