    • Define and deliver on market research objectives and key performance indicators;

    • Collaborate daily with our design, marketing and engineering teams to develop and prioritize new strategies, product initiatives in order to drive product development;

    • Design and develop experiments, analyze patterns and trends, and identify new opportunities for growth;

    • Deliver product requirement documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical folks;

    • Use data to make good decisions when confronted by ambiguity;

    • Understand technical dependencies and be able to communicate what\'s needed to our engineering team;

    • Collaborate with counterparts in marketing, sales and engineering, as well as with external partners to launch and grow market adoption and revenues;Define the product strategy and create the prioritized road map;

We\'re seeking an experienced Product Owner who is passionate about building powerful tools to manage the product, creating motivated team and setting up processes in efficient way.

 

What we expect from the candidate:

 

  • Minimum of 4+ years\' IT extended experience of managing and leading large-scale, complex, multi-location projects with 5+ on-site team members;
  • Minimum of 4+ years\' in a role of Product Manager/Owner in IT sphere;
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience focusing on online entertainment niche;
  • Excellent decision-making skills with a knack for identifying, prioritizing, and delegating;
  • Able to meet deliverables and drive your work to completion within specified timelines;
  • Work well with research, design, engineering, marketing, and supporting teams to build alignment around the goal of a product;
  • Expert knowledge of project management processes and business process improvement methods;
  • Strong technical abilities and ability to work closely with engineers;
  • Capable of working under limited supervision;
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Able to present ideas and solutions to many audiences including senior management;
  • Stress-resistant personality;
  • Fluent knowledge of English;
