Senior IT Developer

We have open position for senior IT developer.
The person we are looking for will work in a B2C internet company. Will work in Kiev and eventually travel to Moscow.
The projects are web B2C business that will have millions of users / sales
The person we are looking for should meet the following requirements:

• Have previous strong job experience;

• Fluent English and Russian – oral and written;

• Deep understanding of the process of web development;

• Presence of the successfully-realized and operating large-scale web projects;

• Excellent knowledge of effective process, necessary working schemes, methodologies and tools. Ability to create an environment and build a highly motivated team committed to exceeding customer expectations, operating efficiently and meeting profit / revenue targets;

• High technical education;
• Skills / expertise required: java, ajax, html, css, sql;
• Knowledge required: sw architecture, scalability, web 2.0, project management.
