Business Development Manager (Classified Advertising) for Internet-Holding

Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Classified Advertising) U472 – CA

MAIN DUTIES:

• Taking charge of the company’s classified advertising business line in the country
• Websites’ traffic monetization via various methods, both by improving existing and introducing new monetization tools including: contextual advertising, premium visibility services, banner sales etc.
• Establishing partnerships and affiliate programs
• User retention strategies, including product and content quality and customer support

REQUIREMENTS:

• Several years business experience as a business owner, manager, consultant or analyst
• Understanding of classifieds business model
• Knowledge of Ukrainian Internet Market
• FLUENT – ENGLISH
• Experience of working in international companies or abroad is a big plus
• Experience in internet business is a great plus
• Pro-active and self-driven person
• Motivated with a challenge and entrepreneurial kind of mind
