QA Wizard in Grammarly

We are looking for a curious, driven, and experienced tester/QA engineer to join Grammarly as a team leader who would lovingly and carefully test our products for our users, instill quality, and help us grow a dedicated QA team. This is a full-time position in Kiev, Ukraine.

We’d like to find someone who is excited to meet the challenges of agile consumer product development and work closely with engineering, design, support and management teams in order to learn and shape the product as well as ensure quality without compromising development speed.

Candidates should have the following skills and qualities:
-QA hands on experience – minimum 5 years;
-QA Lead experience – minimum 2 years. Experience must include:
— Experience as a QA lead with more than one team;
— Management of more than three QC engineers;
— Experience with product companies is a plus
— Aptitude and interest to build QA group from scratch, including: hiring people, establishing processes and procedures, training;
— Experience with automation testing either as individual contributor or QA Lead;
— Technical background (Linux, SQL, version control systems);
knowledge of state-of-the-art agile approaches to quality assurance;
— Ability to work with little supervision and willingness to accept a lot of responsibilities;
— Ability to write QA documentation and communicate with English speaking colleagues in English.
