SEM/PPC Manager in TA Venture (Bravoavia)


TA Venture is inviting a SEM/PPC Manager to join our team in Bravoavia project. We are looking for an experienced data-driven PPC specialist who can create brand new high performing campaigns. The SEM/PPC Manager will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing search engine marketing (SEM) activities. The ideal candidate must possess a keen understanding of online retail and services sale business with a strong background in pay-per-click (PPC) management. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the search marketing roadmap including keyword management, creation of campaign messaging, bidding strategies, creative testing, and analytics.

Main duties:
Develop a scalable PPC strategy
Design and deploy high-performing paid search campaigns in Google and Yandex (in Russian and Ukrainian markets)
Grow and manage an annual PPC budget of several hundred thousand dollars
Manage tracking, analysis and insight
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Daily optimization of accounts for continual improvement
Ensure campaigns are achieving our business goals
A/B test and optimize to maximize conversion/ROI
Work with our content and design teams to create high quality landing pages

Skills, knowledge and experience required:
1+ year minimum PPC experience (agency side or Internet retail with $10K+ monthly budget)
Mastery understanding of Google and Yandex paid search platforms (especially Yandex in Russian market)
Strong background in PPC campaign architecture and optimization
Strong background writing effective PPC ads, excellent copy writing and editorial skills
Excellent Google Analytics package knowledge
Advanced Excel user
High intermediate English
Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets
Experience with automated bid management solutions will be a strong plus
Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics Certification will be a strong plus
Biddable media experience will be a plus
Display campaign experience will be a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Interesting and interested in SEM and the web in general
